Focused mind bug on healing Zealot

Hello a new bug was introduced with todays patch. Focused mind does not allow my heals to finish casting in time. Towards the end of the cast i stay in the cast animation for another 2 secs before the spell is casted. The speed is there for a fast cast till the end of it then it stops and have to wait the extra time for it to finish casting. This makes the morale skill utterly useless.

So yeah, talked with several other Zealots who say Focused mind isn't working for them neither. It seems to be bugged for DOKs also. Please can we get a fix for this? If anyone has found a work around, can you fill us in?
