Work around for Dueling

Was having issues dueling. This is how we made it work. Hope this helps.

Player 1: while outside of dueling arena target player 2 type /duelchallenge
player 2: Do not click the window that pops up yet. The player 2 will type /duelaccept
Both players: Run into arena and flag for rvr.
Player 2: once flagged for rvr click "yes" from the window.
after 30 secs you can duel.

You will have to relog if you want to duel again because it will not flag you for rvr after you duel.

Don't know how long it's been an issue but I went to test out some specs and could not get it to work the normal way.

its been bugged for weeks, but the whole arena is so unhandy for dueling that i think nobody just has bothered reporting these. easier to go to offzone if you're dueling opposing faction
