Event ends one hour earlier than announced

As title says.

According to patch notes, the current live event should "last until February 3rd 12:00 Altdorf time."

Yet, for some unknown reason it ended 1 hour earlier:

This is seriously annoying (and it's not the first time it's happened) From a personal perspective, a friend and I were minutes from completing the long quest line for the event item. I'm sure there are others that were just as surprised - and pissed off.

Please give us the announced extra hour to finish stuff - or at least restore quest givers to hand in completed quests.
