Game sais the bag is full but isnt missing lots of crests

Hello, I've been experiencing a very ennoying bug lately, I recieve the yellow message stating that my bag is full, overflow full and need to empty the bag.
But none of my bags are full (got room in every tabs).
I've tryed to empty cache, to REL, restart game, nothing change. I have lost few hundos crests already, it happend mainly when I solo roam apparently but could happen also when in party not so sure. Did any other people experienced that ? Can the GM's help out ?
