How to install with all these spam pop ups!!!!?

When I go to download I am taken to a page that nothing can be downloaded for the game. Just some stupid adds trying to get me to sign up for their crap. How can someone play the game if the download page is hijacked?

Download page seems to be working fine over here. Can you link a screenshot of what you are seeing?
