From what I've heard, no.
Dps zeal seems to be better at st dps while rp seems to be better at aoe.

DPS RP can hit like this yes, but it requires a 2.5s cast which I don't like lol

My DPS RP has almost identical dummy kills and it doesn't need talon to do so, since fulmination is an elemental debuff. However, having to stand still for 2.5s is usually hard when roaming solo so it feels very restrictive to play currently. I may do a video on RP

From what I've heard, no.
Dps zeal seems to be better at st dps while rp seems to be better at aoe.

DPS RP aoe advantage was nullified with the change to RoC and RoB aoe tactic removal. Now Zeal has both advantages with Waves of chaos, and better 9 and 13 point aoe abilites + the option to get Tzeench Lash as aditional AoE.

Btw Is it worh it now to get + 2 mastery points for zeal to get both new Changers Echo and Aetheric shock?
