I've been hunting for those things in the past few days and since I haven't found any guide, I decided to create a forum post. Hopefully, someone can include this in a guide for future references.
The items in question are:
- Fruit of Sorus Glebe - Talabacland (~14, ~40) - There is a quest giver with the name Sorus Glebe. Take the quest, it will ask you to interact with a growth it has on his left arm. Upon clicking it, a nurgling will spawn (~22 lvl). Kill it, hand in the quest back.
- Liberated Boots - Talabacland (~10, ~19) - There is a quest giver called Nordimer, which will ask you to remove the boots from a nearby marauder, which was crushed by a killed chaos troll. Head south of the quest giver (like 50 ft) and you'll see the dead purple troll. Interact with it and you'll have your boots.
- Dracus Bitterstone's Jeweled Stein - High Pass (~30,~34) - There is a dead dwarf with an axe in it. It is located between some trees close to a lake full of yehtees. Interact with it to get the mug.
- Jeweled Encrusted Sword Hilt - High Pass (~40, ~2) - There is a frozen corpse on the ground. Interact with it to get the hilt. You can reach this by under the bridge (36,7).
- Farmer Jared's Soulless eye - Talabacland (~30, ~21) - There is a pike with a skull in it, wedged between two rocks. Click on it and start the quest. Loot it and you're done.
