It's because each dev works on a different thing. Aza works on abilities mostly so he decided to show the testers his work. Maybe the other devs don't have enough time to fix those things or are having difficulties?

The only balance issue is the missing bolster.

and we have party/wb bug, which is very bad, coz ppl dont know if they are in wb or party
or when u join sc, after it u are/not in wb, and lider cant kick or inv
