Book of binding problem

Hi, I have a problem..two days ago I started playing again RoR when I entered on my engineer (in-game name Doileu) and I noticed that I had no book of binding in my character.How I can get a new one?It's kind of hard for me to play without a rally point.

I don't believe they're tradeable, so you would need to make a new character in order to receive one at this time. Hopefully you haven't leveled up too far.
