Account restoration

Hello!, This is a second account I just made only to post and contact to game team member.


I have been a ROR player for years, also I have been inactive for years, however I have wanted to connect to my main account again and both my email and the account password seem not to be there, so I can't access, my characters are visible in the armory and killborad menus so I think they are still in the game.

One of my character's name is "Brujerias"


I wonder if you would be so kind as to help me recover my account.
