Launcher hangs / War Client does not load

Pretty much what the Topic description says. I have Been playing fine this afternoon, but now nothing. I have a decent ISP connection. It's gonna suck if I have to change ISP to play this game during peak times. This is what I get after clicking Connect:



That is all i see after pressing connect, even though 3 hours earlier it connected fine 3 times in a row to the client.
What I don't understand is that i have reasonably good ping in any other MMO games, like GW2 or Borderlands2 ect.

I have also ran the Performance Counter Rebuilder and am running the VPN Shield as well, still nothing. I checked the War.exe is not in read only mode and that the RoR_launcher is in the same directory. I cannot Add port 8080 as i have the Windows Firewall MMC Snap-in error, that even Microsoft is unable to fix (Trust me I've been trouble shooting that stupid thing for 2 hours now, Google included), which doesn't matter as i was able to connect fine this afternoon.

This sucks as i had so much fun this afternoon and really want to jam with you guys in peak times too. ^^
