Best Solo class?

Anyone got a suggestion on the best Lone wolf class?

I played a shaman / Mara on live with a group of people so it was all fine and dandy.

Playing solo here so I want to play a class that can hold their own in RvR/Scenarios.

I really don't like the idea of playing a DoK or WP.

Black orc looks kind of appealing but the only way I'd want to play it is 2 handed build.
