Easier access to mastery tree moral 4

Reaching the moral 4 for many classes and specs is neigh impossible which is a shame concidering each class has a unique set of morala from 1-3, to fill the 4th with a unique moral would be awesome. I suggest that a moral 4 in a given mastery tree either unlocks automatically once you purchase the 13 point skill or have it avaliable to purchase for 1 point directly after 13 points(instead of spending 3 points after reaching 13).

To be fair, its unlikely even with r40 rr80 for anyone to touch the mastery m4's which is a shame and some cool m4's will never ever be used due to being in a mastery tree which sucks. I would welcome a way in order to chose 1 without having to spend the extra 3 points but idk how you would justify it.

Not exactly their are just more pertinent abilities that need to be gotten rather than spend points on a m4 that in most cases your morale wont reach

For example as a choppa i would love to get yer goin down hitta m4 but unfortuantly i have other things i need to get like hdebuff and stuff

The trees in this game are set up so terribly, without any real rhyme or reason. Even if they where setup better the simplistic design doesn't leave much room for creating new/untested specs etc... which leads to 2-3 "viable" specs being even possible. That combined with not a whole lot going on tactic/gear wise in this game either.

I always laugh when people think they have some kind of sleeper OP spec that wasn't discovered within a couples days of launch.
