Invalid username/password

Hi all,

Yesterday I was playing normally. Today I try to connect and the launcher tells me "Invalid username/password". I didnt change anything since yesterday.

The next thing I attempt is to log in here, and manage to change the password in the "User Control Panel". You sent me a verification request and all gone fine, but when I try to log in, the same message appears.

I dont know what to do next. What's happening? plz help me, yesterday I was playing without any problem.

This happened to me too! I was scared for my chars but they seem to be fine on armory.. but I simply cannot connect to your game and I've done the "read only" bug fix and had to get a new password but nothing is working!

Same as him I couldn't even log to your site with my old password, now I'm creating a new account and seeing if it works..

I made a new account and that works fine but I have my old max t2 level with almost perfect gear you can get and I don't want to lose 'em! What should we do?

You change the password to all lower-case, no numbers or special characters and wait. It may take 2 hours, 1 day or 3 days, but the password will reset eventually. Nothing I can do about it.

xyeppp are you talking about on the actual game or everything in general. So if the password has been changed on the site it should be changed on the login screen?

I am having the same issue. I have tripled check even going so far as to copy paste my forum and launcher information in to make sure there are no mistakes. I have tried changing the password and repeating, and even doing password recovery, activating the emailed password, and attempting to use it to no avail.

This all happened a few days after I initially used password recovery.

Invalid username/password. This is after the client is downloaded and the launcher is in same folder. I tried changing my pw to all lowercase letters. Has it not been long enough since I changed my password? Or what's going on?

Did you guys do anything which is connected to using gold exploits?
Cauz they banned a huge amount of accounts... ^^
