Chicken issue

Not sure if this is a bug or not but whenever I log on in a lower tier area I am automatically flagged for RvR and turned into a chicken. I would expect this to happen in a lower tier RvR area or a lower tier enemy map like Norsca but it occurs every time I log into Nordland (I'm currently Rank 25). I then have to /pvp and wait for ten minutes to unchicken.

So, yeah. Is this normal because I can't remember if it was in Live.

No, I was RR100 and would go everywhere with no chickening, as long as I stayed outside of PvP areas.

I have the same issue, 1 time out of 3 I log in in very deep PvE areas and I am chickened. Only way to get it off is to log off and log in again, sometimes I need to do that 3-4 times.
