Very slow, please help

I recently bought a new PC and everything on is far superior to my old pc, this game ran perfect on my old pc with no problems whatsoever apart from the normal bit of lag everyone suffered from but when I got it up and running on my new pc it run very slow and everything seems delayed after clicking, is there any reason for this or am I just unlucky?

Maybe you got some driver problems. Is it like frame drops (stuttering) or is it real lag in terms of ping? You need to be a bit more explicit with what youre experiencing

Sounds exactly like what noise said. If you have the wrong drivers for Win10, it will perform terribly. Also make sure you have DX9 fully installed from the link in the Download Game button.
