New Account, Game says invalid account

Greetings,

I created an account a few days ago and when I attempted to log into the game launcher today (first attempt) it says that I have an Invalid Username/Password.

I did not change my account password or any other information since creation. I followed all the steps in the guide. Am I missing something else?

I remember something about the game log-in not accepting anything but numbers and letters. If ya have symbols or something it may work for forum but not game possibly?

It may have something to do with the length of password? I remember on my first try the game log in would shorten my entry...it could have just been deleting out the symbols I had originally tried to use though

My username/password only contain standard letters and numbers, no symbols of any kind, my password is the recommended 8 character length.

If your installation is clear, and you haven't any characters, the easiest/fastest way is to create another account.
