Either double XP is broken or not active I've ran several sc's. Even winning I haven't gotten more than 40k xp in tier 3 while rested. I get that much or more on a regular day.

Good news for new players. You have chance for fast upgrade your toons and Your renown ranks / levels. IMO best exp and renown is from sc (if You have good party / premade - you are lucky ).
