I feel like a 10min timer for swapping factions would alleviate this concern. I believe it was in live... Not 100% sure tho.

The xrealming has gotten so bad, that there has been cases of Keep defense sabotage. Where one person places all the Siege inside the keep and in crappy spots. Order is playing dirty.
