Scenario Pairing Imbalance

Hello,

recently Ive noticed, that there is often really big imbalance in class distribution during scenarios. I understant that, the game has to operate with a lot of data and it has to do some compromises to actually start a scenario. One of the compromises could be that there is some minor imbalance in healer numbers or something similar...
But recently those "compromises" are leading to favoring one of the sides (Most of the time its Order, but there were some cases when Destruction was massively overpowered too.). As a proof, Iam inculding 2 screens from yesterday´s scenario, which was in busy time, approx. 7 pm of GMT, so there should be lesser need of those compromises...
As you can see, its 2 healers on Destro side vs. 5 healers on Order side, which kinda screwed the game.
Also, once happened in t3 that it was like 5 ranged dps + some healers and 4 tanks + some healers, so this game wasn´t playbale at all. Sorry for not having screen from this one but i was too piseed of to think about it...

So, I would like to start a discussion if theres is anyone who noticed the same thing and if there is anything that could be done about it, like changing the way it´s paired or adding bolster to the weakened side or something...

P.S.: Iam sorry if this post is in wrong section, and also please do not take this as bitching, I really enjoy the game you are working hard on, but I think this is a thing that requires attention...

You will need a much larger data set (like 100+) to prove the scenario manager isn't working properly. Currently, it tries to put an even distribution of tanks, dps, and healers for both sides. Also it can only put people into scenarios that are currently online.

Also this topic has been posted several times before. Please use the search function before creating new topics.

I have no date to back this up. But recently i have done several scenarios where we (destro) had like 2 healers, sometimes only one while order had 4 to 6 healers.

As i said i have no data but it has happened enough to make me notice it. and i don't think i have ever seen it be the other way around. atleast not as bad. Sure sometimes destro had maybe 4 heals while order only had 3. But i never seen it be 5+ healers on destro side and only one on order

imo instead trying to fix 2/2/2 it is better the matchmaking tool to match overall tanks/healers/dps between both realms
so if orders got 2 tanks 7 dps 3 healers the matchmaking should try to gather for destro 2 tanks 7 dps 3 healers.
There can be fun pug sc's without tanks or healers only if your enemy is at same state
Mostly harmless

From my expierience SC matching system not working as it should. For last few days thats standard for order to have at least 1 premade in prime time (7pm GMT - 11 pm GMT) always in queue against solo/non premade players on destro side. Hey, even if i was lucky to get random opposite side, our destro side had no healers, one healer, or 2 healers but one as dps spec. I think if its possible to turn it off and start from a scratch, or al least make 2 pools of players for scs - those in groups, and those in no groups. And I dont care if i get pop every 30 mins instead now 5 when all I can do is being wiped at 1st contact against premade and wait in spawn point for next 10 mins.

This is common thing, every side think that they being overpowered all the time, if you'll que up as destro you notice same thing. Problem is premades are matched up with pug players.

Throwing random players together might work in mobas or fps. War just doesnt function like that. You have very specific roles. Guard is just as important as healing.and you cant change them at or during scs. I know the usual answer is get in a pre. Some classes arent wanted and there just arent enough tanks and healers for everyone to be. This leads to the majority or matches pretty worthless.

Some bad confirmation bias and clustering illusions in this thread. Data is the only thing that will be able to sway the developers. Not well this happened to me last night, but I didn't document anything.

You have to think constantly hard-forcing the scenario manager to make teams perfectly even will cause the wait times to be 30minutes. Apparently there is someone who would like that. But I prefer choice, and you always have one. If the queues are constantly being terrible because of lack of role balance, it is almost always because the lack of roles being on. You cannot force people to play roles. But hey, you can just stop queueing for scenarios or you know switch to the role that is under utilized.
