it finally worked, i used an old version i just found from back in the day at mythic, that worked with the launcherm i dont know if the torrent and direct downloads are generally bugged or just not working for me, but im very happy that i made it work, i still get the error i posted earlier but now ...

i did, it has a different size then the one i had in the folder
yet i still have no character selection

its not a bugged account i cant load any further then with a fresh created account
i did rebuild and made a custom windows firewall rule to leave ror alone
nothing did help,

maybe its better this way,
