I'm currently leveling a Chosen and noticed that at 10 I start getting mastery points. I also see on the career builder that I get a selection of tactics and morale abilities. I will say that checking the online list there were a lot more chosen than marauders. Surprised me to see so many tanks over dps, especially given the PvP burst nature of the game.
