The ping can be tough to overcome for some classes. If you can you should try a VPN. Server is in France.

Not a vet but it seems like you want some general guidelines for SCs. I have reached the point where I find I have to remind some rank 40s and just under to play the objective and not tunnel vision the zerg. Lvl 1-4 quest. Lvl 5 -16 SCs and rvr. Lvl 17-30 grind pqs (set up an aoe build and hit pqs that are 4-5 lvl below you) as well as SCs. 31-40 can be mix of the above but try to keep your rr lvl close or passed your character level.

Full disclosure, I have yet to reach 40/40 on my AM, currently sitting at 36 but from what I can gather, at least in SCs is AM is utility damage to build healing, then pick up your healers. I suggest running an aoe build and grinding some pqs. Find some like 4 or 5 levels belowyou and aoe grind. The levels flew for me. Mix in scs and some rvr to keep your rr up to par.... Sadely the situation you've entered into at level 30 only gets worse as bolster provides you less and less but ...
