Nobody want WE in warband even in past times. Her job in WB is M3 and OYK by daggers with snare procs.

Your build is about utility, if you want to do some "damage" - than you are missed one of must have tactic for WE.

Usually builds are focused on 1+3 or 2+3.

imho best option will be to deny soloers for all scs except 1-2 (including event one)
so prems will fight with prems, pugs will play with pugs

Def WE shouldn't even be a thing in a proper RPG class definition balancing, assassin classes are supposed to be leathal and agile but not tanks out sustaining melee brawler archetypes. It just screams wrong on so many levels.
