Just curious if it's a constant? Basically is there a normal PQ low levels can show up at?

I'm aware of the downsides such as lower RR and all that stuff but as someone that hates PvE, is there a particular PQ low levels are welcome to show up to, or is it typically a guild thing?

Lockouts are not always a good solution, as pointed out it creates lopsided battles that lead to complete dominance and boredom. Incentives for the less populated team will do more for you then a lockout.

Looking for a guild that's accepting lower level players preferably with latenight NA players/Auzzies so the T2-T3 grind won't be as painful as I am reading. I main a support DoK, currently level 11, I might switch up to offensive for the grind if need be but would prefer to stay support if possible ...

Are PQ's not somewhat based off of DPS, as in the more I kill the better bonus I receive? If this is not the case then sure but if this is the case, you will still run into certain classes doing better than other which will create the same competition you were speaking of. TS can be considerably more but it has a cost, they charge by levels so 50 people = $x, 100 people = $xx, and so on. I think nowadays Discord it the way to go because it can Hold up to 1000 (iirc) and has no cost.
