For the love of god, Boost the xp gain in T3. Let's face it, end game is the goal, T3 is dead now that T4 is released. You need to figure out a way to either make T3 enjoyable or allow players to bypass it rapidly. I've watched 3 friends quit because of how painfully slow this process is.
Maybe it's just me but considering 3/4 of the PQ's don't advance I would say PvE is not your first goal so why make players suffer through it?

Re: Serious XP boosts needed
Established players also just powerlevel out of t1-3 adding to the problem. I too have seen plenty of people quit because grinding to t4 sucks, hell i seen people quit when t3 was cap trying to get through T2.
there are so many possibilities to make things easier to level it's not even worth listing them.
I know people will say "why should this be a priority or take dev time" but in all honestly non EU times are really suffering from a lack of population that could easily be boosted by making leveling easier or at least enjoyable. Not to mention the current RvR system totally ceases to function unless there are multiple warbands on each side playing, adding to the problem of low pop times.

I haven't been playing any t3 toons this week but i'm guessing the situation should improve soon with Sc's and RvR when the current T1 and T2 players get there. The lifting of the renown cap to twice your level should be encouraging a lot more to PvP through the tier instead of skipping it.
Before they lifted the cap there really wasn't much incentive not to just get through it as fast as possible with RR not lagging too far behind. Now though you could potentially (although unlikely) get to 32 with an RR of 64.
Edit - re non EU times: the way i see it the problem with changing things to suit the small amount of players who play during those times is that while it would benefit the few it has the potential to make things even worse in T3 for those who want to play through it to keep RR up during the times when the majority play.

T3 was fun when there was no t4 released, but honestly why i must stick to t3 when on t4 i can collect officer emblem and medallion. So buff t3 or increse the exp gained

Re: Serious XP boosts needed
As a new player, I thought I was doing something wrong. I have been trying out different classes so that has slowed my progress but I have never made it out of T2 since I started. I only have seen the early 20s. Now, I understand that there are only 40 levels so I essentially am more than halfway but I agree with the post above about the down times. I can level great if I am on during prime time but I am an american player and there are a lot of times where it is hard to find people on. I really enjoy the game and the RvR is fun. Slayer is so fun to me. The only thing is when no one is on I have to try and find some mobs to grind. I don't want to always ask people to help me powerlevel.
I know this thread is about T3 specifically but I think it could all use a boost. Something I'd love to see is questing actually be worthwhile. I love questing. I love learning about the lore but there isn't really a reason to quest. I get more XP just grinding for a little bit.
I didn't mean to hijack your thread but this has been on my mind. I thought I was doing something wrong and it was frustrating me. I'm glad I'm not alone, in a sense.

WUT 60-90 peps in T3 all the time yesterday was just and awesome def in avelorn where my buddy get a half of lvl in 15 min, if you dont want t3 rvr or sc - go quests in rat cave etc or even epic wep quests, or mob grinding in IC arena after 25lvl it's 20min lvl
Re: Serious XP boosts needed
Just gut the leveling component. Then I can use T1-T3 maps to handle lower population RvR.

Re: Serious XP boosts needed
I havn't been plsying t1-3 in a while but if it's really a problem you could try and merge t2 and t3 into one bracket So t3 People could go to t2 and t2 to t3 and eveyone being Bolstred to r31. Same with scenarios. This would ofc create pretty big gaps between both gear and acess to abillties. But if it's dead it might be worth a shot.
Another thing you coulf try is just having 1 zone open for attacking and defending and focus the rvr into one area. It seems to work for t1 atleast.

From 20 to 32 in 3 days just by doing orvr, couple scs and grovods. Dunno why you all complain. My friends made it to t4 even faster cuz they didn't slack at all
And yes we also played in US timezone.

All tier can be either awesome or tedious, mostly depending on what hours you play, first time through T2, it was horrible, now the second time, it's really fun, because, I have been online when T2 has been more active.
I really don't see a need for an EXP boost, because you can always go back to basic RPG and quest, god damnit got mosquitoes everywhere! I hate summer!
But only thing I noticed is that if you do like I did and completely forgett about renown, then everything sucks. EVERYTHING! Prioritize Renown, you don't want to be the Choppa rank25 with renown ranked 10..
