What is the best combination of skills and paths for a witch hunter when it comes to stealth attacks in rvr? Also should a witch hunter stack strength over weapon skill/ballista skill?

Looking for some help in regards to my choosen tank. I want survive-ability in RVR and enough dps to make it difficult on healers/squishy's. What path should I be focused on and should I be stacking wounds/ toughness or armor on my slots? Thanks for input!

What is the best dps build for a choosen in T1/T2? Where is the best place to grab rvr gear and a 2hand. Best cycle for skills/curses ect.
