Well i dunno, i dont have trouble seeing a red/blue/yellow ball attacking me. Might be me. Make them brighter, but plz dont nerf something just because players lack eyes.
Is like complaining nerffing WH killing you because you didnt realize a guy with a hat was backstabbing you.
The pets climbing wallas/attacking trought wallas and all that must be fixed ofc.
Go nerf squig herder pet damage....

Re: Go nerf squig herder pet damage....
Just 2 observations:
1. A SH and its pet are basically TWO targets that need to be ranged detaunted, so SHs have an innate resistance against detaunts. Squishy healers that have a single-target ranged detaunt or a short ranged radius detaunt are not going to be able to detaunt both the SH and the pet without doing something stupid like running TOWARDs them.
2. The WL pet is clearly meant to be in the front-lines and should really have high enough defences to be used accordingly. The ranged SH pets should NOT be as survivable as a pet that belongs in the front lines.

Re: Go nerf squig herder pet damage....
The Squig Pet does much more dmg than on live servers.
i play SW 32/36 and my rapid fire does about 150 dmg per tick on a SH.
Now the Squig pets rapid fire ( dont know what the real name is) hits me for 270 dmg per tick..
this is 100 dmg more then I do.
If you need proof i can gladly post some combat logs.
sometimes i feel like I couldnt even one v one a squig pet when it manages to get some hits on me before i see it.

I've encountered a SH recently in Talabec on my WH, that aggroed squig on me, mounted and run away, while his pet finished me off. Weren't pets supposed to go on passive once you mount up? Damn me for not recording that :C

as i said, these things need to be fixed before we talk about balancing the pet classes.

And i love situations, when SH on the one end of the map, and his pet on the other end of the map. Never could understand, why there is no radii limitations, where pet should return to master automatically.

Yeah I've had that a couple of times though usually AoE spam hits it. I see where a WH could have a problem with that. My badSoulcheg wrote: Do you know that pet sometimes impossible to atack? It stands right next to you, but you can't atack it.
