[Forum] Change Username

On most forums, accounts have the option to be able to change their forum username. I think it would be a nice addition here as well. Some forums have resrrictions on how many times per month a username can be changed. Others have a post requirement.

There won't be that here, like on most forums.

There would add a synchronization problem with the game server.
