Let us name our squids?

It's a really simple request and one that always puzzled me since the original betas.

I just want to give my squids names in the same way that a whitelion can name their pet.

Any chance?

He does have a point, that WLs have names but not squiqs.

Probably because theme/lore wise(gobbo's don't name their squiqs, in fact in TT the squiqs pretty much did wtf ever they wanted, unless you had a giant trident) and also the fact that you can summon different types, whereas the WL only has 1 "type" of lion they can summon(that upgrades based on lvl, but you can't choose between 3 diff types of lion).

But.... No. SHs deserve nothing besides a torment up the bunghole.

The idea behind Squigs not being named is that Gobbos don't have emotional connections with their squigs (or much of anything for that matter). Incredibly impressive squigs might get named, but not the average "tastes like chicken" squig. You are supposed to mill through various squigs in a battle where White Lions have a dedicated Lion pet.

also, for some reason, it was like this on live, something about having 1 lion but several squigs ur supposed to swap between even if they all suck except spiky
