I think this has been tossed around but I think that it's something that we need more and more as more things are implemented/changed, such as Siege Weaponry.
Example..
How long is the Zone Lock Timer to reset?
What is the requirement to lock the zone?
What are the rewards to lock the zone? (including medals)
What are the rewards to take objectives?
What Siege gear is available in each zone?
Can you lock all realms?
What is AAO
etc..
Others could contribute questions
