Guard, and it current state too OP'd

I can certainly say, that from my experience on live servers while playing a Slayer up to RR 92, that not much has changed overall...guard is simply too strong. ANY average player, playing a tank can guard a WH, WE, Choppa, Slayer, BW, or Sorc...and the maps or the bomb spec Sorc/BW can wreck complete unchecked damage upon any who stand in their wake....my suggestion is that in order for the guard and the guarded individual is instead of making the tank take 50% of the damage, which can be nullified by getting high parry, which isn't what the ability was designed for to begin with...but to make the tank and the guarded character split the difference in outgoing damage by 50%, 25% for the tank and 25% for the guarded character. To me this is a better trade off and keeps the guarded mdps and guarded rdps in check. Thoughts?
