From a leveling perspective the loss of kill quests that count for scenarios hurt some of the xp gain as well as being able to afford the rp gear without having to PvE.

The quests do not need to give emblems. Just small amounts of silver and xp. However, I recall one of the database guys stating that this was on the list of things they are working on.

So do tell, where are these magical 70-80 Gold per hour locations?

70-80g per hour can be done anywhere where there are enough mobs to farm efficiently.

If you scavenge, you can get a lot more then 70g/h. Kill level 40 champ for 1 hour... get 2 or 3 purple talismans that sells for 50-100g each. Easy money. (level 40 champ are on BO... in RVR... easy solution if you don'T know any PvE spots)

+ you do get money in scenario from the green gear that drops from player. And from time to time you get that Merc/Anni gear piece that sells for lots.

I do agree however that a kill quest that reward 5 medallions for 150 kills in scenario would be an ok facilitation to get Annihilator for some classes. Although it would probably kill RvR even more dead then it is now.

i do it mostly with slaughter ;D and some spots where mobs give 100% sellable ingridens lev 28 + lev .
