Hello everyone,

I hope you enjoyed tonight's event as much as we did making it. Post your feedback in response to the event here, whether it be suggestions for possible future events, if more were done.

What you liked.

What didn't you like.

Share your moments you had with screenshots. I took a fair few while I was watching the action.

Thanks for participating, and WAAAGH.

Was good, bought some life to RvR, or that was the renown cap increase. Would like to see how another down the line would turn out.

1.) Maybe more than one person playing the "npcs"? Would like to see both faction champions out promoting the action. I think Natherul is exhausted after running them all around :D

2.) Maybe it was me, but more than a 1-5min warning about the event coming live in-game? Seems a lot of people had no clue or were rushing to get there. Maybe it could've been added to the front page announcements or advertised elsewhere a bit more.

I like the idea a lot, and think it's a good base to work from to create something really good. More champs out in the lake on both sides and forming PUG warbands or at least some kind of warband around them would be fun.

We could log in the events and fight for our favorite GM/Dev :^)

Was not fun just a feeding event "kill and be killed" and play style horrible zerg vs zerg .

Well yes. But that was the fun part. :)
Roaming through Elf with 3 WBs on each side and some GM coordinated war efforts.
And with the Hero giving the pugs and premades a Focus point.

Improvement:

Next time longer Advertisement phase and news in news section.
Most of my fellow dwarfs couldnt find the thread Even if telled where to look.
Also a little more Description what is planned exactly in the Event.

Memo to me: shorter hero shout textes next time. ;)

If you had a second GM Hero on the other side. Both could be part of a warband and a keep siege could be fought till the end. Yesterday the hero switched sides quite often.

So it made a hell of a fun in elf. And the dwarfs are eager for a repeat.

PS.: does the heros drop medallions or such things?
Could be a little incentive. Apart from the fun.

This was so much fun, it should be done more often. I wouldn't mind turning it into a weekend event or some such, would really pump some action into RvR weekends and such. We can even add extra elements like we have to escort our respective Heroes to someplace without him dying.

Or maybe even just an open battlefield where we try to take out the other hero first (with maybe the possibility of 1 guaranteed medallion if we win?) Something like the Hold the Baubles SC's but protecting heroes instead.

Right I might as well post some feedback/pointers myself :P

The event was rushed, there is no doubt about it, hence me being the only NPC. For future (if any) events I would make sure to have 2 staffmembers beeing NPCs!

Dont have all the timeslots on the same day (unless different organizers) because as Glorian posted I was DEAD BEAT on the last event (wtb a new body?)

Find a way to increase the size of the NPCs so that everyone can see the more clearly.

Announcements (ingame and on forum) way earlier (did I mention it was rushed?) so more people know whats going on.

In the end though I had a blast and I dont mind doing these kinds of things again if that is something the community wants! Again as I posted in the other thread thanks to all GMs helping me keeping it on track (included but not limited to: Magicthighs, Elven, Ayrion and Wargrimnir), Lesti who helped me with the RP sentences for the NPC and all you guys coming to the event!

Screenshots that I collected from various persons will be posted sometime later today (when I get home from work)
