Have been doing the hard PQ in Eataine lots of times, on a heal spec WP, to get nothing or if really lucky a green bag.

Yep, would love to see the buff changed to 'if not received the major loot bag'.
But sadly this could get exploited as well.
Sit around semi-afk and grab the bag every once in a while, since you're accumulating points over time.
