All this Server Down topic spam is getting annoying. Is there a possibility of adding a shoutbox on the project frontpage?

Even though I digg the idea, actually putting one up is gonna take even more time from the dev's hands. Also, I personally hope for the server hiccups to come to an end soon, making the shoutbox pretty much obsolete. Don't crush my hopes and dreams please!
