Which of these would be the easiest for someone who's never messed with them to use? I've love to look through all the models that are ingame. My current method is literally to do every quest, influ reward, and loot everything.

Stunty Noggin!

"The Stunty Noggin is a vanity item (cosmetic item that serves no practical purpose). It is acquired through a quest offered only in the Collector's Edition for Greenskin careers. It replaces the offhand weapon slot with a severed dwarf head."

"Stuntie's Is For Scrappn' - A Destruction PVP quest. Completing it will enable the da Scrapper title, as well as Stunty Noggin. "

In the quest you had to kill all three dwarf classes at the time the slayer was not released yet. This item was only for Greenskin's to use.

I don't know if this is available, but Long Drong has some decent looking cosmetic gear. Slayers are notably lacking for good cosmetics, so maybe that's of interest.
