Gear from PVE PQs , gear appearence , tome unlocks

Hello
I recently found myself hunting for a helm apperance that was available from tier II rvr pqs.
While i was about to debolster i recalled that the empire chapter 8 to 9 influence rewards had 2 helms , in hopes that one should be the one i was after i flew to Ostland , the helm is a quite simple one but with a very interesting detail on it , at least to me , it is rewarded in Empire Chapter 9 afterall .
I begun visiting all the pqs in Ostland only to find out that none was in order , sadly
During this time , i remembered how AWESOME PVE was , the lore and story behind each PQ and the overall "surprises" , one such surprise was a tome unlock ! that was gained after killing a champion mob near the Old Bier area , that unlock turned out to be a tactic fragment vs the undead , which confused me , as i believe they are not even implemented in this server . ( stands to be corrected )
While farming pqs for such purposes , it is generally good to inform zone oriented ranks of players that you are farming a pq and that there is a good amount of exp and gear to be gained .
In conclusion , please please , fix Empire chapter 8-9 , just one functional pq would be greatly appreciated ! ( Ostland pqs are the only ones left i think , all other pqs are functional albeit partially )
Re introduce PVE in the game , it deserves it

Agree with you! PvE and PQs are awesome to run them.
Ofc it would be great to see at least 1 PQ working for each Chapter.
There is a priority list though.Hopefully we will see more PQs getting fixed.

Your list actually helped A LOT , after giving up hope for Ostland PQs i started farming Dwarven and Elven PQs , of the corresponding chapters , but , no such helm was to be found
