Bane Shield

Edited. Originally thought of changing Discordinate Fluctuation to something similar to On Your Guard from Knight of the Blazing sun but now I think we could change Bane Shield tactic to reduce it's cooldown to 0 basically by either increasing the time it's active or reducing the cooldown to the duration. My orginally reasoning being that Chosen has very few options to farm. It takes forever to kill things because he has limited area of effect damage. Chosen probably has the worst time farming of all the tanks. I don't think this change will have much impact on balance.

why you want nerf chosen? you know that the only passive stuff we had to keep up with order bomb is use backslash, dirge shield and fluctuation and 1 heal debuff right? all packed togheter are awsome in enemy bomb.

Have a feeling both Chosen and KoTBA are going to be nerfed long before they get any sort of buff/change. KoTBS especially is just scary, especially without the need to Twist... But we'll see.

After thinking about it a bit I actually like this ability the way it is. Perhaps we can look into bane shield and it's tactic. By reducing the cooldown to the duration or increasing the duration to match teh cooldown.

This has gone far enough.

1) The balance forum is locked and that's for a reason.
2) Chosen is one of the last classes in need of a buff. Like Knight, what it needs is a drastic rebalancing in terms of its skill cap and skill floor.
3) Discordant Fluctation is a performant ability, in combination with:
4) Bane Shield, which is more than viable as with Dire Shielding and Discordant Fluctuation together it wrecks Order AoE. Chillwind Manor is all I should need to say on this.
