Latency & Responsivity Issues (last 2 weeks)

The game has been unusually irresponsive, abilities not going off and people warping around for a number of people for the past two weeks both in scenarios and RvR. I was assuming the developers knew about this issue since they play the game, just like the rest of us, but since there's been no word I am bringing it out here, just in case. Pretty much every second scenario a player disconnects, conditional abilities do not work or lag out, guard can't be swapped. Feel free to close the thread if this is a known issue.
Spoiler:
Raging Slayer overextender and Healbot of Deep and Dry and Dark Omen
All my Order characters
All my Destro characters
Yes, you are welcome to this hitlist. I REALLY enjoy being chased across a whole zone.

The server was swapped between two different VMs about that time ago. DaScoub should see this.

I'm curious how many people are experience this , as it does seem to have started as Danielle mentioned fairly recently.I don't remember having as many stability/warping/ability lag issues when t4 got released initially as i do now.
