Higher monster dmg .

Hi every one i think that all of you noticed that the damage that monsters deal got slight up it that a error or something its kinda hard to exp when lvl 9 normal monster hits you for 125 dmg and as a Sorcerer you got like 900 on lvl 7 ;) .

no is total normaly...... your a sorc mean you are made of paper plus you are hit by a level 9and you are a level 7 this mean msnter will made more damage

maybe as lvl 7 you should kill lvl 7 mobs :-P also as a sorc you get atleast 2 x 200+ damage into him before he reaches you or your doing something wrong

as a poor geard lvl 10 chosen i had no problems with mobs a champion was challenging so i think its fine for now

btw i didn't even change normal mob damage only of champions and higher
they got some more health though

Well, the respawn rate is quite high, it happens that aggro mobs spawn right next to you, while you are fighting another target. Then you are pretty much (censored). ;)
Dying is no option.

If you didn't change normal mob damage, then there is something else contributing to them doing increased damage. Could the addition of the mitigation in the combat log have somehow increased the damage? I have definitely noticed a difference.

My zealot could pull 5 lost souls and tank them with little more than a hot and maybe the shield and a couple of flash heals (Of course, I don't think that should be possible by any means.), but I am unable to do that now.

Either way, I think the damage could maybe use a minor tweak down, but is pretty close to what it was on live servers.

You notice a difference because there is one. Something in the patch increased the normal monster damage, Nalgol.
Dying is no option.

My Black guard allsow get more dmg and hes a tank i get the same dmg with him as with my sorc ;P so ther is some problem with that .

Hey there,

i found a "Lets Play Warhammer Online" on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDzj15XD2Yo )
There is an RP without any Equipt and you see the DMG-output and DMG-Input.


Used skill "Rune of Striking"

DMG done on Marauder:

Lets Play (skip to 10.55)

normal: 55-56dmg
critt : 81-86dmg


My test on Martyrs

normal: 49dmg
critt : 74dmg

DMG taken from Marauder:

Lets Play (skip to 11.25)

normal: 5dmg taken (he gets only one hit from marauder)
critt : none


My test on Martyrs

normal: 38dmg taken every hit
critt : none

(the life from Marauders is less then on offi server!
Two hits from my Rune [49dmg a hit] and the Marauder is gone. In the Lets Play he needs three
attacks with the Rune [56dmg a hit]. My critt with 74dmg killed the marauder instandly.)


DMG done on Marauder Torchbearer:

Lets Play (skip to 12.12)

normal: same as on Marauder
Critt : 79-85dmg


My test on Martyrs

normal: same as on Marauder
critt : same as on Marauder

DMG taken from Marauder Torchbearer:

Lets Play (skip to 12.16 and 12.34)

normal: 5dmg taken every hit
critt : none


My test on Martyrs

normal: 38dmg taken every hit
critt : none

(here is the same problem! The Torchbearer`s life is to less,
on offi-server you need 3 hits with the Rune too. Look at 12.47!
Two hits from my Rune and the Torchbearer is also gone.)

And one more thing: I earn 70exp for every Marauder or Torchbearer. In the "Lets Play" he earn 60exp for every Marauder and Torchbearer.

ps: i found more Lets Plays and they show me that the dmg we take on Martyrs is to high, way to high. the dmg is 700% to high. RP taken dmg on LP 5 and on Martyrs 38, Chosen 5 on LP and on Martyrs 36. Maybe the reason why is that the armor rating doen`t work correctly, but i don`t know.
