One thing that could use adjusting though is that the T4 Greenskin epic weapons have item level 35, while all the other 5 quest rewards have IL 36. This is reflected in the lower base damage, perhaps some other stats as well.

There are more Things me As dps shammy got a epic quest weapon with 10% Chance to steal 100 life When i get Hit.... Its 100% use less in pvp. Mayb a Bit use in farming aoe low Mobs
