Hi,

Some advises, in my point of view, could be help lisibility :

1 - I think it's could be better to put the language forum deployed to directly click on it.
They are a few ppl don't speack english & could be ask some questions.

2 - FAQ, there are some informations about the game could be inform for new comer.
Like .u ou .unlock to enter in BG. Lot of ppl could be desappointed to get penalised (10 min) about this bug.

3 - Make a search by Guild in Who's Online.

4 - Direct download in tutorial (with ROR .exe in folder), some ppl don't like Torrent.

5 - Give a proportion of character 40 (who's play 1 mouth ago) for new comer does'nt know in which faction to go.

Thank you for the suggestions.

1. not sure what you mean, please elaborate

2. some of the common questions can be found in
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3012&p=31536#p31536
(its a sticky in in-game support

3. Would possibly slow down the site and would need more integration and lot of work.

4. We had a direct download before but it did not work properly at all sadly and as such torrent was the better solution

5. same answer as #3

Point 4:
There are direct downloads for the game. I've provided them for a very long time. Players don't need to register or sign up to anything to download a copy of the game. Currently English, German, Spanish, French and Russian. They're in my client download topic which is link in the guide, but perhaps not as obvious.

I don't/can't alter the website, so you'll have to take that up with Dascoub.

1 : I propose to add Mini forum (by language) on front page https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/
For ppl don't speak english (like me :D)

2 : Actually, if i click on FAQ on Index. We going on this : faq.php
May be we can change URL for your post ? Or just make a new icon on top (near Career builder or About for example).

3 : I understand, NP.

4 : I have bring on your server a part of my community & in every case they have problem about download. Megafileupload propose a good debit, but it's hardest to DL without soft (like Jdownloader etc...).
Torrent is a good way, but in few country like mine (France) it's scan by justice & could be punish.

5 : May be we can work on it, one by mounth. Just make a request on DB, purge result & update HTML ?

1. they are on the main page under mini forums, if we would have them on the main forum page then it would be event more littered with subforums to go through, in my honest opinion its too much as it is and a folder view of the subforums are needed.

2. thats the general FAQ from phpbb (the forum software) and to my knowledge it cannot be changed unless we go directly into files and change stuff, but that can cause issues with updates in the future...

hopefully you wont see this reply as overly negative :D
