Staff position for narrative design/fixing work

What about looking for someone who could review/overview everything from a purely narrative perspective and see (by virtue of the straight plodding line) what kind of bones (foundational) and flesh (ornamental) structure is already there and see what is missing or out of line or broken or duplicated or misplaced or etc and just record all of that for the people doing the coding stuff to work on AND also write new narrative to sort what is missing or out of line or broken or duplicated or misplaced or etc.

You know? someone to search for ALL of those annoying little gaps ie why is there no Order chapter 18 easy PQ? there is some empty space NW of Order c18 that would be okay for a new PQ when it's possible to do that sort of thing.

A game designer who doesn't need to spend their time worrying about coding work essentially, someone free to study and imagine and compose on the rest of the staff's behalf.

Please feel free to slap this idea down immediately, i'm not precious about it.
