rvr xp until leveling

Hi,
atm i have 26lvl on my character.

Yesterday we were fighting in high pass vs destro sth like 3 hours. Whole time fighting ( i returned war quest 3-4 times).
Finally we won and we locked zone. Ofc i had a lot of time playin this but i earned only 2/3 of experiance need to lvl 27.

Maybe poll of experiance gained from rvr should be a little boosted or am i wrong?

Did you played in a warband? For efficient xp gain you need a group which makes a lot kills and at best aao bonus. In a warband the rewards per player are significantly lower as all is shared among up to 23 others.
Btw, almost 1 rank per session isn't too bad. Not even a week and you are in t4.
When you play sc and win then you get faster xp than in a wb.

i was playing in warband whole time.

its not bad but big fights like yesterday are not so often.

I think that's one of the problems of xp design. As you said, this very rarely happens in t3, I'm pretty sure there were more people there than in t4 yesterday. And it seems like such a wasted opportunity if people can't get at least one level from this experience (which was great at least for me). It sort of introduces them to action they can expect in t4. I was leading the wb for some time and I had more fun than the last whole week in t4, and I can say destro played very well, even better that t4 pugs.

When you only want to rank up, farm pve. I wouldn't mind xp gain, when having fun in rvr.

But why would you have to tie xp gain to boring, repetitive farming, when people could go and have a great time doing actual pvp? I thought this is a pvp game, so why is lvling through pvp so slow and tireing? Why force people to do things they don't want to do.

The game shouldn't be played as a speedrun.
Provided there are enough players you can have fun in any tier and pvp. It's not like you have to rush t4.

I'm not talking about rushing anything, not sure where you got that from. I'm just talking about having fun and avoiding unnecessary, boring grinding. If there was a fun way of leveling through pve, i.e. more epic quests, dungeons etc. sure go for it then. But currently pve just leaves you with a desire for much more than there is at this point, but I know this will change over time. And when players go to pvp and realise that lvling is so slow, some of them just give up, not to even mention the deserted zones that t3 usually is. So they are left with boring pve grind, so they just leave.

I guess because you called it "slow". For me rvr/sc leveling is normal and grinding pve is the fast way. I don't even look at the xp bar, when playing and just login, play whatever I like and when I get a levelup, then it is nice but I don't play or "endure" pvp to get ranks. Might depend on mindset and personal goals, when logging in.

Lvling in lower tiers is just boring and with pve nerf it's even more boring. I'm not talking about EU primetime but it's mostly empty.
If you have a guildie to boost you some lvls and mix scs when he's pwrlvling you. Farm Ruin and get t4 epic weapons.
