Make debolstered Players force opt out of RVR PQ

To have higher chances for bags you have to leave your open warband and form a 6man group. Then you farm kills and due to being a group you earn more renown and more contribution, because you share with less players.

if this is the case then sorry for my assumption of it being bugged. it makes sense that all debolstered players form their own, out of WB gank groups to farm the most exemplar seals possible.

very often i see multiple people of the same guild debolstered together so they sure make a lot of kills/exemplar seals being organized etc.

even if its not bugged, i guess you get my point though. reading that you say theyre completely worthless (to you), or people taking out the silver coins is a slap in the face for every fresh mid tier player trying to get their hands on rvr gear. its not like youre being showered in seals left and right when both in a WB of 24 or solo roaming, it takes a lot of time to gather all the medallions needed for the full set so even 1 gold bag during your time in mid tier helps a lot.

Any RvR/PQ bags that contain gear only obtainable from RvR/PQ bags should REMAIN accessible for debolstered chars.

To allow otherwise would nerf a major incentive to debolster in the first place, if they can use it then they should have it.

Honestly there's no reason anyone should be arguing to continue to get bags when debolstered.. you know you're contributing to the zone lock; you don't need a 50% RNG roll to tell you. Taking it away from actual mid tier players (some of which might be completely new to the game i.e. people we want having fun/feeling a sense of accomplishment) is not an enjoyable system.

Taking it away from actual mid tier players (some of which might be completely new to the game i.e. people we want having fun/feeling a sense of accomplishment) is not an enjoyable system.

Gold bags are not the only source for those set items, so I don't see your problem.

Correct me if I am wrong, but gear from T3 bags is unusable by a debolstered character right? Isn't this gear level 28+?

Nah some of it is usable.. I think you can use dev boots and gloves.. can't use helm, shoulders, or chest though iirc.

The point of debolstering is very rarely to have an attempt at obtaining T3 gear in bags.. I'm still surprised there's this much push back to the idea.

You can use boots, gloves and shoulders of duelist/devastator. Rest purple rvr inf items. Epic t3 quest weapons or r24 sc weapons.
Debolstered players buy the gear with down-converted offi medallions. There is zero reason to earn gold bags.

If that can be said of all colours of MidT RvR/PQ bags now and after any future changes then issue resolved.

I'm just expressing caution, lack of incentive to debolster and obstacles to debolstering are a problem, that is all.
