i have question: Why you make one big campain and same bolster stuf? Why you dont make faster exp gain and all can be 40 and play. No need of boster and ****

Why don't we create directly Lvl40/80 char full stuffed? So many time saved.

the bolster will have to be insanely strong so that t2 rank 16s can compete with a fully geared T4 organized warbands.

what about rvr quests in t2 and t3 zones? would it be for 40lv like in t4, I mean medallions rvr quests or it stay as normal t2, t3 quests?

Quests stay mid tier, drops stay T4 - players RR40+ will drop conqueror as always.

Because there is big world outside 9 zones in T4.

If you are lvl 31+ you will not get zone lock gold bags in t2 and t3 if I understand the last patch note.

And there are t2 t3 kill quests to get green shining stuff for emperor gear or cheaper Renown potions.

Lets get one thing clear - T4 characters when fighting amongst T2 ones in T2 zone, won't be in need to debolster and switch to lowbie gear, because T2 toons will be bolstered to 40r. That's correct?
