Ban armor talisman from the game?

Sorry for bad english.

As an engineer I feel like in t4 nearly everybody has more armor than he should have. Would the game not be more balanced between classes if there where no armor talisman?

I'd rather they get rid of the armor pots if anything. Seems like the armor pots make a lot of skills redundant since they don't stack with the pots.

Refrain from the silly suggestions. Removing major aspects of the game will not be taken seriously.
