We don't dev based on player demands. If it seems like a good idea, we might pick it up and run with it. I have played casually since t2. And since t4 droped i have got the following bags.
Gold x2 (Different items! yey!)
Purp x3 (All cloaks.......................)
Blue x1 (Also the cloak...............) (this was after jewel set was changed from purp)
The frustration of getting the same item from 3-4 bags in a row is undescribable!
And this is over a period of over 1 year and probably hundred of zonelocks.
Gold Bags all Rewards from lower Bags.
