make guilds account wide

SUGGESTION: MAKE THE GUILD MEMBERSHIP BY PLAYER RATHER THAN CHAR.
I'm told that having chars in a guild that are inactive causes a loss in 'status' of the guild.
I run 4 chars and so a guild is losing out all the time because of the unplayed members.
Explanation: I am a player from before the "Fall" and loved it then. I mourned its loss and love it now.
I am, despite the time factor, an old noob and will always be so: easys beat me up!
I use most of the functions, tali making etc and questing, scenarios and rvr.
A lot of the quests dont work as they once did but hey, thats all part of the game, like life.
I did try other similar games during the Fall but nothing can compare to WARHAMMER or RoR.
you guys should be in a Hall Of Fame.

Or just make an addon for guild leaders to see chars in their guild roster by the account name of the player that owns them.

Easier to do and less fuss.

Also no, a lot of players want to be able to join separate guilds on different characters and then theres the issue if someone has characters on both realms.
